1. Ordering & Availability

We recommend checking our Availability Calendar before placing your order to ensure we can fulfill it by your homecoming date.

Orders placed within 7 days of your event may incur a rush order fee based on the mum or garter package selected.
-
If your order falls within this rush window, please contact us at info@southernbellemums.com prior to placing your order.
-
Availability is first-come, first-served and is not guaranteed until your deposit or payment is received.
2. Personalization
-
It is the customer’s responsibility to review all submitted details (names, school information, themes, colors, etc.) at checkout.
-
Minor updates may be requested up to 14 days before your homecoming date. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes when possible.
-
Southern Belle Mums is not liable for mistakes in personalization details once provided or if no proof approval is required/requested.
3. Payment Terms
-
All custom orders require full or partial upfront payment.
-
We accept Zelle, Venmo, cash or Apple Cash.
-
Payment plan options are offered based on the month of order:
-
February: 4 payments (25% non-refundable deposit; due dates: Apr 1, Jun 1, Aug 1)
-
March-May: 3 payments (35% non-refundable deposit; Jun 1, Aug 1)
-
June-July: 2 payments (50% non-refundable deposit; balance due Aug 1)
-
After July 30: Full payment due at time of order

Non-refundable deposits are applied toward the final total but are non-refundable under any circumstance unless Southern Belle Mums cancels the order.

Missed payments may cause production delays or order cancellation.
4. Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase to receive a full refund.

After 24 hours, no refunds or cancellations are available, as production begins shortly after ordering.

Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with design choices once approved or delivered.
5. Pick-Up & Shipping
-
Local pickup is available in Argyle, Texas. Pickup details will be emailed the Monday of your homecoming week.

If you need an early pickup (e.g., for a school carnival), contact us before ordering.

Shipping is not available for full-size mums or garters at this time.

Customers must inspect their order at pickup. Southern Belle Mums is not liable for any damage once the order leaves our possession.
6. Intellectual Property & Photo Usage

All designs, photos, and content on our website and social media are the original work of Southern Belle Mums and may not be copied, sold, or reproduced without written consent.

Purchase of a mum or garter does not grant commercial rights to the design.

We may feature photos of your order for marketing purposes unless you opt-out in writing at the time of ordering.
7. Limitation of Liability

Southern Belle Mums is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use our products, including damages resulting from delays, damage after pickup, or third-party shipping.
8. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor shortages, pandemics, or supply chain disruptions.
9. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.
